Reservations for 14 people or less must be cancelled prior to 5:00 p.m. the day before the scheduled
boat tour in order to receive a refund. (Example: cancel by 5:00 p.m. Monday for a reservation
scheduled for Tuesday) Reservations for groups of 15 people or more must be cancelled prior to
5:00 p.m. three days before the scheduled boat tour in order to receive a refund. (Example: cancel
by 5:00 p.m. Tuesday for a reservation scheduled on Friday)
Cancellations may be made through central reservations or the tour location where the original ticket
was purchased. However, cancellations made through central reservations for tickets purchased at a
tour location will take several days for processing.
All cancellations will result in an administrative fee of $2.00 per seat and will be withheld from the
Refunds will be issued in the same form the reservation payment was received in. Cash payments
will receive cash refunds and credit card payments will receive credit card refunds. Check payments
received at the central reservation office will be refunded with a company check. Check payments
received at a ticket office will be refunded with the original check if possible. If the original check is
not available the customer will be referred to the bookkeeper at the corporate office in order to
receive a company check for a refund.
All refunds to credit cards are processed the same day received however it may take up to 14
calendar days to appear on the customer's bank statement due to bank processing.
All passengers must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to departure or their seats may be forfeited. In the
event of a late arrival, the Location Manager, at his or her discretion, will offer the next available tour
with space available as a "replacement" if the passengers arrived within a reasonable amount of time
after their scheduled tour has left. A "replacement" boat tour will not be offered once the original
scheduled date has passed and no refund will be given.
In the unlikely event a boat tour is cancelled due to weather related events or mechanical issues, all
passengers will receive full refunds and cancellation fees will not apply. Refund requests must be
made at the ticket office location where the tour was cancelled or through central reservations within
24 hours of the tour cancellation.
Although reservations (pre-sold seats) are never required, we encourage all visitors to make advance reservations to ensure seating for the desired tour that best fits their schedule. Reservations are accepted for 50% of boat capacity for Lake McDonald, Rising Sun and Two Medicine. All seating at Many Glacier is by reservation only during the 2020 road construction project. Reservations may be made online at glacierparkboats.com or by contacting our Reservation Office. Remaining seats are sold at Ticket Offices on a first come first served basis and may be purchased up to three days in advance.
Reservations - Online
The online reservation program reflects real time availability. Reservations up to seven passengers may be made online for any location. Groups of eight or more must contact the Reservation Office for assistance. Payment in full is required to complete a reservation using Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Confirmation emails containing tour details and cancellation information are automatically generated for all reservations and sent to the email address provided during checkout. Reservations may be changed or cancelled using two identifiers such as a confirmation number, email address or zip code.
Reservations - Reservation Office
The Reservation Office may be contacted by phone or email. When responding to voice mails or emails, reservation staff will contact customers by phone for payment information. Payment in full is required to complete a reservation using Visa, MasterCard or Discover. Confirmation emails containing tour details and cancellation information are automatically generated for all reservations and sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Future Sales - Ticket Offices
All location Ticket Offices, with the exception of Many Glacier in 2020, may sell their portion of tickets up to three days in advance and must be made in person at the desired tour location. Payment in full is required using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, money order, traveler's check or cash. A cash register receipt and a copy of the cancellation policy will be provided as proof of payment.
Reservations made through the Reservation Office for Many Glacier and Two Medicine requires one day advance notice however, same day reservations are accepted for Rising Sun or Lake McDonald.
Multiple reservations for the same location cannot be made for consecutive days or consecutive tour times.
Customers are advised to pick up their tickets at the Ticket Office at least twenty minutes prior to departure. If they have not arrived within ten minutes of departure, their seats may be forfeited. At times there may be extenuating circumstances when visitors are unable to arrive on time for their reserved tour. In the event of a late arrival, the Location Manager, at their discretion, may offer the next available tour with space available as a "replacement" if passengers arrived within a reasonable amount of time after their scheduled tour has left. A "replacement" tour will not be offered once the original scheduled date has passed, unless the scheduled tour was the last tour of the day, and no refund will be given.

transmitted to us in a secure way. This can be verified by looking for a closed lock icon at the
bottom of your web browser, or by looking for "https" at the beginning of the web page address.

information offline. Your information is only accessible to employees who are required to
perform specific job duties which may utilize your information, such as reservation processing,
billing or customer service. Additionally, all employees are required to sign a Confidentiality
Agreement and the computers and servers in which we store sensitive information are kept in a
