Reservations for 14 people or less must be cancelled prior to 5:00 p.m. the day before the scheduled
boat tour in order to receive a refund. (Example: cancel by 5:00 p.m. Monday for a reservation
scheduled for Tuesday) Reservations for groups of 15 people or more must be cancelled prior to
5:00 p.m. three days before the scheduled boat tour in order to receive a refund. (Example: cancel
by 5:00 p.m. Tuesday for a reservation scheduled on Friday)
Cancellations may be made through central reservations or the tour location where the original ticket
was purchased. However, cancellations made through central reservations for tickets purchased at a
tour location will take several days for processing.
All cancellations will result in an administrative fee of $2.00 per seat and will be withheld from the
Refunds will be issued in the same form the reservation payment was received in. Cash payments
will receive cash refunds and credit card payments will receive credit card refunds. Check payments
received at the central reservation office will be refunded with a company check. Check payments
received at a ticket office will be refunded with the original check if possible. If the original check is
not available the customer will be referred to the bookkeeper at the corporate office in order to
receive a company check for a refund.
All refunds to credit cards are processed the same day received however it may take up to 14
calendar days to appear on the customer's bank statement due to bank processing.
All passengers must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to departure or their seats may be forfeited. In the
event of a late arrival, the Location Manager, at his or her discretion, will offer the next available tour
with space available as a "replacement" if the passengers arrived within a reasonable amount of time
after their scheduled tour has left. A "replacement" boat tour will not be offered once the original
scheduled date has passed and no refund will be given.
In the unlikely event a boat tour is cancelled due to weather related events or mechanical issues, all
passengers will receive full refunds and cancellation fees will not apply. Refund requests must be
made at the ticket office location where the tour was cancelled or through central reservations within
24 hours of the tour cancellation.
Reservations (pre-sold seats) are highly recommended to insure visitors can take the desired boat
tour that best fits their schedule. While reservations are never required, it is our policy to encourage
all visitors to make reservations in advance. Reservations are accepted for 50% of boat capacity at
the central reservation office. The remaining 50% of boat capacity is reserved and/or sold at ticket
office locations on a first come first served basis.
Reservations - Central Reservation Office
Reservations at the central reservation office are accepted via phone, email or mail request. Payment
in full is required to guarantee seating and reservation staff will contact customers for payment
information when responding to email or phone requests. Payments will be accepted by Visa,
MasterCard, cash or check and are processed and deposited daily. Verbal confirmation codes are
immediately available for Visa, MasterCard and cash payments however confirmation codes for
check payments are not available until the check has cleared the deposited account. Written
confirmation letters containing tour details and cancellation information are processed and delivered
via email or mail within 2 business days after a reservation has been made.
Reservations - Ticket Offices
Reservations at ticket offices can only be made in person. Payment in full is required to guarantee
seating and will be accepted in the form of Visa, MasterCard, cash or check. A cash register receipt
and a copy of the cancellation policy will be given to each customer making a reservation. Ticket
offices will only accept reservations for their own location.
Reservations for Many Glacier and Two Medicine require 1 day advance notice when made through
the central reservation office however, same day reservations are accepted for Rising Sun or Lake
McDonald. Same day tickets are available at all tour locations on a walk up basis.
Multiple reservations for the same location cannot be made for consecutive days or consecutive tour
All customers are advised to check-in at the ticket office 20 minutes prior to departure to pick up their
tickets. If they have not arrived within 10 minutes of departure their seats may be forfeited. At times
there may be extenuating circumstances when visitors are unable to arrive on time for their reserved
tour. In the event of a late arrival, the Location Manager, at his or her discretion, will offer the next
available tour with space available as a "replacement" if the passengers arrived within a reasonable
amount of time after their scheduled tour has left. In any event a "replacement" tour will not be

Glacier Park Boat Company only collects information that you voluntarily provide. We are the
sole owners of the information collected and will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

necessary to fulfill your request such as booking a reservation and/or processing payment.

information you provide is protected both online and offline.
Sensitive Information provided through our website (such as credit card data) is encrypted and
transmitted to us in a secure way. This can be verified by looking for a closed lock icon at the
bottom of your web browser, or by looking for "https" at the beginning of the web page address.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online we also protect your
information offline. Your information is only accessible to employees who are required to
perform specific job duties which may utilize your information, such as reservation processing,
billing or customer service. Additionally, all employees are required to sign a Confidentiality
Agreement and the computers and servers in which we store sensitive information are kept in a
secure environment and are password protected.
